Q1:How to order?
A: Please kindly send us an email specifying the item, quantity, color or more specification to place an order.
Q2:How can I make the payment?
A:You can pay from T/T, Western Union.
Q3:Is OEM/ODM available?
A: Yes, it's available. Please send the AI details and we will make it only for you.
Q4:How to proceed the OEM logo product?
A:
1) send us the logo AI.
2) after receiving your confirmation of the logo, we will make sample and send it to you to check all the details.
3) After confirmation, we will make mass production.
Q5:How to replace the defective products?
A: If anything was damaged from transportation, please provide pictures or video for confirmation. New ones will be added to your next order.
Q6: What's the delivery time?
A:Our warehouse will send out the goods in 4 days. Normally the delivery time is 7-14 working days after payment.
Q7: What logistics do you ship through?
A:We use air transportation.It will take 3~7days for shipping (depending on the destination country) via UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, Air express, etc.
Q8: When will I be able to track my goods?
